# Artifact Gallery

> Workbooks, reports and emails generated from parsed data.

Pathway renders artifacts from a book's parsed data: Excel workbooks with live formulas, conditional formatting and clean layouts, PDF reports, and the HTML email the intake inbox sends back. Pick a template on a book's **Artifacts** tab and Pathway builds it from the book's current data, ready to send to a funder or attach to a file.

Workbooks open in-browser, download as `.xlsx`, or open directly in Google Sheets. HTML artifacts open in the browser as a page.

## Credit report templates

| Template | Description |

| **Full** | One tab per bureau with credit scores, revolving credit, income and DTI, derogatory summary, and an accounts table with In-Util / In-DTI toggles |
| **Summary** | Single-sheet view: scores and account counts |
| **LOC Scrub** | Public records and delinquencies, revolving utilization (50% / 25%), unsecured loans, and a DTI panel per bureau, plus a Combined tab listing every public record, delinquent account, revolving account and unsecured loan once with the bureaus that do not report it, and a DTI over the merged accounts |

## Bank statement templates

| Template | Description |
| - | - |
| **Monthly Columns** | Monthly deposit totals, true revenue, DTI metrics, and payment frequency by month |
| **Stack View** | One row per payment schedule across all MCA positions: funder, amount, frequency, remittance, and active status |
| **Intake Email** | The reply the intake inbox sends once a submission is parsed: screening verdict, key metrics, the MCA stack, each account's statements, and red flags |

## Tax templates

| **Qualifying Income** | W-2, Schedule C, and pass-through entity breakdowns with qualifying income calculations |

## Default templates

Each organization stars a default template per document type on the **Artifacts** page. The default opens first on a book's Artifacts tab, and the intake inbox attaches the bank statements default to its replies when that setting is on. Starring an email template makes it the body of every intake reply. Users can pick any other template on an individual book.
