# For Lenders

> How lenders use Pathway to screen, underwrite, and price deals.

A broker sends you a deal. You need to know if the business can service another position, how many lenders are already in the account, and whether the documents are real.

## Screening and autodeny

Set org-level rules — minimum revenue, max NSFs, negative day thresholds — and deals that don't pass get flagged before an underwriter touches them.

## Stacking detection

The [funder registry](/platform/funder-registry) builds up as your org processes deals. Pathway matches positions to known funders, shows payment frequency and amounts, and flags active stacking. Corrections carry forward to every future parse.
