Pathway generates Excel workbooks from parsed data. Pick a template and the system builds a workbook with live formulas, conditional formatting, and clean layouts: ready to send to a funder or attach to a file. Workbooks open in-browser, download as .xlsx, or open directly in Google Sheets.

Credit report templates

Template	Description
Full	One tab per bureau with FICO scores, revolving credit, income and DTI, derogatory summary, and an accounts table with In-Util / In-DTI toggles
Summary	Single-sheet view: scores and account counts
LOC Scrub	Delinquencies, revolving utilization (50% / 25%), unsecured loans, and a DTI panel

Bank statement templates

Template	Description
Monthly Columns	Monthly deposit totals, true revenue, DTI metrics, and payment frequency by month
Stack View	One row per payment schedule across all MCA positions: funder, amount, frequency, remittance, and active status

Tax templates

Template	Description
Qualifying Income	W-2, Schedule C, and pass-through entity breakdowns with qualifying income calculations

Default templates

Each organization sets a default template per document type. The org default is pre-selected when a user generates a spreadsheet. Users override the default on any individual export.
